3. Consultation and Appointment Fees

3.1 Here at Advanced Skin Cheltenham, we treat every patient individually and with the care they deserve. 3.2 In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we have a fully redeemable deposit that must be paid prior to your appointment. The fee is fully redeemed against your treatment or consultation during the scheduled appointment.

3.3 If you do not attend for your appointment, or cancel your appointment with under 42 hours notice of the scheduled time of your appointment, the deposit is NOT redeemable. The deposit will be used to offset the costs of staff, running costs and administration of the said appointment.
